Hygiene & Cleaning Manager to lead and supervise cleaning operations in our bakery production facility. You will be responsible for maintaining high hygiene standards and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise the cleaning team
* Ensure all areas meet hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
* Organise cleaning schedules and daily tasks
* Carry out regular inspections and audits
* Manage cleaning supplies and equipment
* Train new staff and maintain cleaning procedures
* Work closely with production and quality teams
Requirements
* Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping supervisory role (ideally in food production or FMCG)
* Good knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
* Strong organisational and team management skills
* Attention to detail and reliability
* Polish language required
* Basic English preferred
