THE JOB
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly Cleveland team. The ideal candidate will thrive working autonomously while enjoying the support of a strong, family-focused practice.
The Role
You will see patients presenting with undifferentiated illness or injury, providing assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing. A specialism in diabetes would be welcome, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct patient assessments and physical examinations
* Order and interpret diagnostic tests
* Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
* Prescribe and manage treatments
* Provide health education and counselling
* Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team
* Maintain accurate clinical records
What Were Looking For
* ANP qualification with 35 years experience
* NMC revalidation and prescribing qualification
* Strong evidence of autonomous practice
* Diabetes expertise (desirable)
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
