This exciting role will include: Delivery of the Beginners and Improvers Machine Sewing and Introduction To Patchwork And Quilting leisure courses at our Lewes campus, which includes developing engaging lessons that encourage students to explore their creativity. Teaching and mentoring students to build on and expand their machine sewing, patchwork, quilting and technical skills. Working with the wider adult leisure department and contributing to the positive learning environment. If you can demonstrate the following then we’d love to hear from you: Extensive knowledge of machine sewing technical skills and equipment. Good classroom management and an energetic, uplifting approach to teaching. Excellent communication and committed to being part of an effective team.
