This role will take ownership of the weekly payroll process, while also supporting the purchase ledger function alongside another team member. Its an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop within a varied and hands-on accounts position. What Youll Do: Manage the end-to-end weekly payroll process using Sage Payroll Collect and verify timesheets and relevant payroll data Post payroll journals and process employee payments Support with purchase ledger entries, supplier invoices, and payments Assist with month-end supplier reconciliations and reporting Provide cover for payment runs and related administrative tasks What Were Looking For: Strong experience processing payroll from start to finish Previous purchase ledger experience using accounting software Understanding of journal entries and nominal codes Excellent Excel skills and strong attention to detail Team player with strong communication skills Desire to learn and develop within a growing finance role Experience using Sage Payroll Knowledge of CIS processes Familiarity with NetSuite For more information on this opportunity, or to take the next step in your career, contact Garry Thomson at HireIQ in complete confidence.
