Supervisory Role: Maintenance Supervisor
The Maintenance Supervisor will:
1. Provide Maintenance employees with guidance, direction, and supervision to support departmental operations.
2. Address performance issues promptly.
3. Promote all company policies and expectations, especially regarding safety and results.
4. Execute planned and scheduled maintenance operations within the assigned area.
5. Maintain a positive work environment through regular communication and timely response to employee concerns.
6. Keep work areas well-organized and productive.
7. Collaborate with others to achieve department and company goals.
8. Coordinate and supervise daily activities of the business support, technical, or production team.
9. Set priorities to ensure task completion and coordinate work with other supervisors.
10. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements for the Maintenance Supervisor:
1. Minimum of two years supervisory experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment.
2. High School Diploma required; two-year college degree preferred.
3. Demonstrated leadership capabilities and high performance expectations.
