As our brand presence continues to grow across retail and online channels, we’re looking for a talented National Account Manager to join our team and help drive our success even further.
About the role
As National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key retail accounts across the UK. You will lead strategic planning, drive sales growth and ensure exceptional customer relationships are maintained and developed.
Working cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain and product development teams, you’ll ensure your accounts are supported with the right products, promotions and stock levels to meet commercial targets. You will also be responsible for forecasting, analysing performance and negotiating trading terms to maximise profitability.
We welcome your application, whether you’re looking for 4 or 5 days per week. We’d love to see you at our Sheffield head office two days a week, and you’ll also be out and about regularly, visiting customers and building those all-important relationships face-to-face.
About you
You will have proven experience as a National Account Manager or Key Account Manager, ideally within the beauty, health or FMCG sectors. You will have a strong commercial mindset, with a track record of delivering sales growth and building long-term relationships with major retail customers.
Strong negotiation skills, financial acumen, and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions are essential. You will be confident working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating across teams to drive success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with a passion for the beauty industry and a proactive, results-driven attitude.
