The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. The caseload will be varied and include sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files with minimal supervision
2. Handling transactions from instruction through to exchange and completion
3. Ensuring all case records are accurately maintained using a bespoke case management system
