The Company
The company are a leading Brand Experience Agency, known for creating outstanding exhibition stands, pavilions, and outdoor structures for trade shows and live events all over the world. Based in the West Midlands, they are growing our operations team and looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Mid-Level Project Manager to join the team.
The Role
You’ll play a key part in delivering projects from start to finish — from estimating and planning to coordinating and ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget (ranging from £25k to £1m). Your day-to-day will include working closely with suppliers, managing schedules, solving challenges, and keeping projects on track from their very first concept to completion.
The work is exciting and fast-moving, so flexibility is important. Sometimes that means weekend or evening work, with the chance to travel across the UK and internationally.
About You
You will have:
• At least 2 years’ experience in project management or a related role within the events industry (or similar)
• At least 2 years on-site or exhibition experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A positive, solutions-focused attitude and pride in delivering great results
