The Candidate
* Senior Construction Lawyer, ideally from a top‑tier or reputable mid‑market firm
* Experience in either contentious or non‑contentious construction (or a blend of both)
* Deep understanding of JCT and NEC contracts
* Strong technical ability with a collaborative, low‑ego approach
* Looking for a long‑term role within a supportive, quality‑driven environment
