We are a beautiful, well-organized 30 cover restaurant with an open kitchen and looking for a Sous Chef.
The team is small, and the Sous Chef is expected to be highly involved in the daily operations, prep and service.
For the rolewe are considering either an experienced Sous Chef or a Chef de Partie/Senior Chef de Partie wanting to move up and progress.
We are serving Mediterranean cuisine and only use premium, fresh, raw ingredients, carefully prepared and presented.

The Sous Chef will receive:
Pay from £40,000 per year and negotiable
