GSL Education are recruiting an Intervention Teacher to work throughout schools in Nottingham (NG10), delivering focused sessions that help pupils strengthen core skills and achieve consistent progress. This role is well suited to an Intervention Teacher who enjoys measurable impact, works well with data-informed planning, and adapts teaching approaches to suit different learning styles. Responsibilities of Intervention Teacher: Deliver targeted intervention sessions in key subject areas. Identify learning gaps and tailor support to meet pupil needs. Track progress and adjust strategies to maximise outcomes. Work closely with class teachers to align interventions with curriculum goals. Encourage confidence, resilience, and positive learning habits. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification. Experience or strong interest in working as an Intervention Teacher. Ability to plan concise, effective lessons with clear objectives. Strong communication skills and a supportive, patient approach. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). Bring your expertise in targeted teaching to support learners in achieving meaningful and sustained progress.
