Offer description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our Management Team with daily administrative tasks. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of a busy dealership, assisting with office administration, documentation, and day-to-day support for the management team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the Management Team, including scheduling, filing, and handling correspondence.
* Assist with day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency within a busy dealership environment.
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation in line with company procedures.
* Support with preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Perform general administrative duties such as scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Requirements

* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
* Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of a busy dealership.

Working Hours

* Part-time, Thursday and Friday and Saturday 9-1.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From £13,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 21 per week
