Our Client Communications business is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Digital Delivery professional to join our Edinburgh or Leeds office with hybrid working. The role requires prior experience with digital platforms, Content Management Systems, and project delivery to stakeholders.

The Role
Supporting the Digital Engagement Team, your responsibilities include implementing digital solutions, managing web content, supporting client transitions to digital platforms, and developing member-facing digital communications.
Candidate Profile
Essential Skills:
* Experience with digital platforms and suggesting improvements
* Proficiency with Content Management Systems
* Project management experience
* Experience working with clients or external stakeholders
* Knowledge of HTML emails
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Organized, proactive, and innovative
