Key Responsibilities
* Understand, anticipate and deliver customer (internal and external) needs while building effective relationships.
* Positively respond to both our internal and external customers through effective communication and personal accessibility.
* Providing excellent customer service, by managing client expectations and ensuring information is communicated between the team and customers.
* Liaising with client on a variety of matters and attending to their needs whilst maintaining a strong working relationship.
* Understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standard, including, but not limited to the following:
* Carry out any minor reactive tasks within the agreed service level to include plumbing, fabric, (minor electrical) or porter duties.
* Identify, report and occasionally rectifying any defects and hazards as appropriate.
* Assist with management of domestic water systems to comply with the requirements with L8.
* Occasionally prepare, review and adhere to Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks carried out to ensure safe working practices.
* Occasionally supervise & escort subcontractors to ensure comply with contractual commitments, and site operating processes.
* Maintain the onsite Log Books to ensure they are always up to date with the necessary documentation.
* Perform with an understanding of business requirements and changes and ensuring continuous improvement.
* Actively participate in a diverse and effective team.
* Convey messages and ideas clearly and openly. Involve people and influence decisions.
* Actively participate in the provision of a safe & healthy working environment, and ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures, as well as client site policies, procedures and working arrangements, as required.
* Ensure that professional and technical skills are maintained through a commitment to personal development and life-long-learning.
* Carry out any reasonable request from management.
