Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Portfolio Overview
As a Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of 20 developments across the Dorset region, equating to approximately 365 residential units. The role requires managing a variety of buildings along the South Coast, offering a diverse and dynamic workload. The position is hybrid, providing flexibility to manage your portfolio, attend sites, and work from home as needed. We are seeking an individual with proven experience in managing leasehold developments, excellent communication skills, and a background in working with Resident Management Companies (RMCs).
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
* Experience directly managing an allocated portfolio of developments, providing a day-to-day property management service.
* Managed budgets and overall expenditure for developments, producing forecasts and reports.
* Expert in customer service who leads, engages and inspires others.
* Drive performance of the portfolio and contribute to strong results.
* Oversee major works and carry out the Section 20 consultation process.
* Interpret policies, procedures and leasehold legislation; research and provide advice; working knowledge of relevant Landlord and Tenant Act, RICS and ARMA guidelines.
* Experience conducting site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety compliance, and basic building maintenance knowledge.
* Experience building and establishing relationships with clients.
* IRPM associate/membership (or willingness to obtain within the first year).
* Collaborative team player who supports residents and contractors to maintain a unified working environment.
