As a Primary School Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging lessons and creating a positive learning environment. You will be working with pupils across different year groups, ensuring that their educational journey is both enjoyable and successful.
GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Early Careers Teacher to join schools in Doncaster. This role provides the opportunity to deliver engaging lessons, support pupil progress, and develop professionally with mentoring and guidance from experienced staff.
Responsibilities
* Support students with complex needs, including Autism and SEMH, at a specialist school in York.
* Deliver engaging lessons and create a positive learning environment for pupils across different year groups.
* Support a range of needs including non-verbal communication and behavioural needs.
* Work within a supply team to support day-to-day teaching and learning.
* Develop professionally with mentoring and guidance from experienced staff (for Early Careers Teacher roles).
Qualifications
* Experience as SEN Teaching Assistant preferred; capability to support students with complex needs.
* Demonstrated passion for supporting young people with additional needs.
* Willingness to work in roles that may be new to education but with commitment to professional development.
* For Primary School Teacher roles, ability to deliver lessons across year groups and foster a positive learning environment.
