Our client is looking for a digital trading manager to work with a retailer of ours based in the South West and / or London. The role has multiple responsibilities including:
* Taking ownership for delivering the digital trading and promotional strategy, focusing on revenue, conversion, AOV, margin, and profitability
* Responsibility for developing digital category plans and leading group campaign planning
* Ensuring optimal digital stock levels for key categories and campaigns and maintain accurate fulfilment forecasts
* Leading and developing the digital trading and merchandising team
* Ownership of homepage and content planning processes, optimizing site search and merchandising to boost conversion and AOV, and contributing to the CRO roadmap
* Managing marketplace performance (e.g., Deliveroo), contributing to sales phasing and reforecasting
You must come from a retail background, within digital trading (ecommerce), be highly numerical, analytical and have strong line management background.
