The Role
We’re looking for a Materials Controller to manage a portfolio of suppliers and ensure every component arrives on time to meet the build plan.
You’ll keep the supply chain running smoothly — balancing schedules, stock levels, and supplier performance — while contributing to the creation of vehicles that define automotive excellence.
What You’ll Do
* Schedule and control material supply to meet build requirements.
* Manage supplier relationships and monitor stock levels.
* Use Microsoft Excel and MRP systems to track, plan, and forecast demand.
* Identify and resolve shortages to protect the build schedule.
* Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to drive improvements.
* Support supplier reviews, meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in materials control, supply chain, or logistics (automotive/manufacturing preferred).
* Confident using Microsoft Excel, MRP systems and analysing data.
* Strong attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
* Proactive and calm under pressure with great communication skills.
