This is more than just answering queries — it’s about coordinating solutions, managing product care, and being the bridge between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Hours:
1. 08:30am – 16:30pm – Monday to Thursday
2. 08:30am – 16:00pm – Friday
Pay:
3. £24,000 per annum
What You’ll Be Doing
4. Support customers after their purchase, handling questions, product concerns, and service requests with professionalism and care.
5. Work with production, suppliers, and delivery teams to manage repair jobs and service timelines effectively.
6. Process warranty claims accurately and fairly, following company guidelines and ensuring customer satisfaction.
7. Order and manage parts and materials required for repairs while keeping a close eye on inventory levels and costs.
8. Investigate product concerns and collaborate with quality teams to implement lasting solutions.
9. Log all customer interactions, service activities, and inventory updates using internal systems.
10. Track feedback, service metrics, and trends to help drive continuous improvement.
Skills:
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and friendly phone manner.
12. Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
13. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
14. Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
15. Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
