We're looking for a Field Performance Manager to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team based in Kings Lynn.
Location: Kings Lynn
Hours: 45 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
In this role, you will work on the Anglian Water contract as part of the IMRDS alliance (integrated, maintenance, repair & development services). The team maintains water supply systems, handles emergency repairs like water bursts, and develops new ways to better service customers.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Field Performance Manager, you'll oversee the daily management of team leaders and operatives within your region on reactive work. Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, you will provide managerial support to ensure efficient operations, deliver the service strategy, and maintain excellent customer service.
You will collaborate closely with Anglian Water partners and local delivery teams to ensure activities are customer-focused and efficiently executed, adhering to Health, Safety & Environmental policies and complying with Streetworks regulations (NRSWA).
Your daily tasks will include:
* Managing end-to-end operational delivery in line with Kier’s Health & Safety procedures.
* Working with Local Authorities to meet required specifications.
* Investigating and resolving quality issues.
What are we looking for?
This role is ideal if you have:
* Experience in the water industry at a supervisory level.
* NRSWA ticket.
* Good IT and communication skills, with experience managing a diverse team.
* A full driving licence.
