Job Description
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for:
1. Developing a thorough understanding of the entire scope of work, including plans, specifications, logistics, materials, equipment, submittals, and other requirements.
2. Coordinating subcontractors and managing on-site production.
3. Preparing and maintaining a three-week look-ahead schedule for all activities on the job site; submitting to Project Manager and/or Prime contractor weekly.
4. Maintaining daily reports to submit to Project Manager and/or Prime contractor daily.
5. Reviewing and adhering to the project schedule.
6. Maintaining project photos of all phases and features of work.
7. Maintaining the entire job site in a neat and orderly manner.
8. Managing quality control by confirming that all equipment and material installed is what was submitted by the subcontractor.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal Construction Project Manager will have:
* 3+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
* Working knowledge of construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient in reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings.
* Experience with Procore would be a plus.
* Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
