Job:
* Children's Home Deputy Manager
* Joining the management team of an existing children's residential care home
* 4-bedded residential care home, OFSTED regulated
* Working alongside the registered manager to ensure the home is safely managed, meeting Ofsted and company standards, whilst also ensuring each young person has effective and child-focused support.
* Manage and update care plans
* Work with the manager to manage, support and develop the staff team
* Working within a larger children's services organisation, that has a wide variety of services across the northwest.
* Widnes based
Salary and Contract:
* £15.00 per hour, + £75 per sleep
* 2 on, 4 off shift pattern
* Full-time, permanent contract
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
* Senior or Deputy Manager experience
* Driving licence
