Opportunity: Special Education Teacher Position

Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and implement personalised learning plans to meet the unique needs of SEN students.
2. Cultivate an inclusive and supportive classroom environment conducive to the academic and social development of SEN students.
3. Evaluate and track the progress of SEN students, providing individualised feedback and assistance as necessary.
4. Collaborate closely with colleagues, parents, and external specialists to ensure holistic support for SEN students.
5. Maintain open communication with parents and guardians to facilitate student progress and well-being.
Requirements:
6. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
7. Previous experience working with SEN students, preferably within a primary school setting.
8. Comprehensive understanding of SEN educational needs and effective support strategies.
9. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
