Offer description

Position Summary

To provide Production with the necessary information and materials to keep
manufacturing processes running without interruptions.
To assist with and ensure ease of availability of parts for production with the aim of
just in time delivery.
To become a valued member of the front and back Office team, able to multitask
across many different areas of responsibility

Main Accountabilities

Supplier liaison; progressing deliveries and purchase orders, dealing with claims,
assisting with complaints on products delivered/services provided, involves
emailing / telephoning suppliers on a regular basis
Expedite purchase orders and schedule agreements using SAP system
Assist Scheduler with monitoring the actual stock and production situation
Escalate problems with Buyer where required
Liaise with Customer Services on order prioritization and fulfilment
SAP data processing and maintenance
Control inventory levels using excel / SAP reporting
Assist Scheduler with loading customer orders into production plan
Support Easy Archive system.

Good communicator verbal &
written
Understanding deadlines and having
the ability to work to them
Concern for accuracy & detail

Desirable (Not Essential) :

SAP experience
Microsoft Office experience using
excel, outlook, powerpoint etc
MRP Experience
Training on above points can be
provided where necessary
