We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Team!
About Keyzo
Keyzo is a rapidly growing software company with a global footprint. We develop innovative SaaS solutions; Induct & Train and Read & Sign, which are designed to support compliance, communication, and engagement across highly regulated industries.
We’re now looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to work within our Commercial Team, taking the lead on our digital strategy and driving our online presence to support sales and market growth goals.
What you’ll be doing
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of the digital marketing strategic plan, and optimisation of digital marketing activities across all channels. Your primary goal will be to increase the volume and quality of inbound leads for our Sales team through creative, data-driven campaigns and digital storytelling. You will also act as a product specialist for our solutions, working cross-functionally to ensure our value proposition is clearly communicated across all platforms.
Working with and under the direction of the Chief Commercial Officer, the Digital Marketing Manager will act with reliability, maintain strict confidentiality, adhere to all Company policies and be a champion of the Company Values at all times.
Key Accountabilities
* Develop and execute a multi-channel digital marketing strategy aligned with commercial goals.
* Manage all website content, landing pages, SEO, and CRO initiatives.
* Manage graphic design outputs including the creation of all digital and print assets and marketing visuals used across our platforms·
* Run targeted email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns using HubSpot and other tools.
* Create and manage video content, including product walkthroughs and promotional assets that will be used for prospecting.
* Plan and manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
* Own analytics reporting, dashboards, and insights using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
* Collaborate with the wider team to align messaging and campaign strategies.
* Lead product marketing activities for feature/product launches and updates.
* Manage the digital side of webinars and online events.
* Oversee the creation of digital assets such as graphics, animations, and videos.
* Ensure the company’s online presence reflects the brand’s tone, goals, and product offering.
* You will also support the Commercial Team by attending exhibitions as a Product Specialist to support lead generation, this may involve national and international travel.
Experience, Qualifications and Skills
* Preferred 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within a B2B or SaaS company.·
* A highly experienced and results driven Marketing graduate with demonstrable commercial experience in leading and developing a digital marketing strategy (minimum 2:1 classification).·
* Certification or experienced in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)·
* Experience creating and maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all assets, with a strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and colour theory.·
* Demonstrable experience of effectively leading and managing all aspects of digital marketing (including SEO, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns)·
* Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels·
* Strong experience using HubSpot – ideally Super Admin user level or willingness to complete training to become a Super Admin and support the wider team with configurations and workflow management as required.·
* Google Analytics certification and advanced experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.·
* Experience with SEO tools (SEMRush preferred).·
* Advanced skills in video creation and editing (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).·
* Confidence using CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.·
* Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability tailored to digital audiences.·
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.·
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercially-driven environment with autonomy and accountability.·
* Lead, develop and execute all web, SEO, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.·
* Perform regular SEO audits across our corporate websites (keyzo.co.uk) and ensure that the development team perform SEO improvements within a reasonable timescale.·
* Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.·
* Ensure the content on the websites is regularly refreshed, including alignment with new product releases.·
* Be accountable for the digital and online marketing schedule, including online campaigns and events such as our Tech Time Outs and webinars.·
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build and maintain our social media presence.·
* Proactively contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying both short and long-range issues that must be addressed.·
* Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).·
* Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.·
* Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate·
* Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis·
* Be consistent with brand management, ensuring brand guidelines are met and the company image is and continues to be one of high quality.·
* Solid knowledge and experience of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.)·
* Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
* Experience in setting up and optimising PPC campaigns on all major search engines
*although not a direct requirement for the role, the ideal candidate will hold a full drivers license and have access to a vehicle in order to attend our offices as required for training and team meetings.

Location
Headquartered in Kirmington, North Lincolnshire, we also have offices in Hull, East Yorkshire and support remote and hybrid working.
