Location: This role will initially be based in Bradford but we’re moving our office to Leeds Valley Park later this year, so you’ll be based there in the future – Hybrid Working (1-2 office a week depending on business needs – Bradford/Leeds)
Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

Qualifications
* Strong experience in brand communications through applying brand and tone of voice guidelines across a range of channels and audiences
* Experience leading people, with a supportive, motivating style that helps teams grow and do their best work
* Experience in closely managing workflow and priorities of a busy team week-to-week
* Confidence creating clear, engaging, customer-focused content — from campaigns to everyday communications — with great writing and editing skills
* A sharp eye for design and detail, with experience delivering creative work and/or developing brand(s) through collaborating with agencies or in‑house teams
* The ability to stay organised and keep things moving, even when there’s a lot going on — juggling priorities and managing projects with ease
* Good judgement, strong communication skills and the confidence to influence and challenge when needed
* Comfortable working with data and insights to understand what’s working and where we can improve
Bonus Skills
* Experience running an in‑house studio or working closely with agency teams
* Hands‑on experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
