Overview
This role is for Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays each week. As an Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of responsibilities to help us deliver the quality care and support our residents deserve. You’ll answer the phone, handle our files and support our managers. You’ll also meet and greet visitors, engage with residents and show prospective clients and their families around so they can see what makes us different. Across everything you do as an Admin Assistant here, you’ll go out of your way to help us create a vibrant, happy environment.
Responsibilities
* Answer the phone and manage incoming inquiries
* Handle client and resident files with accuracy and discretion
* Support managers with day-to-day tasks
* Meet and greet visitors and assist with tours for prospective clients and families
* Engage with residents and contribute to a positive, welcoming environment
About You
If you have the ability to multi-task, good computer skills and a confident telephone manner you could be well-suited to the Admin Assistant role with us. It’s also really important that you’re a people person who takes a genuine interest in our residents and their families.
