About the Role
We're seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive assistant & Private Assistant to join our team and provide comprehensive executive and personal support to our CEO. As the CEO's right-hand person, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring they have the support they need to keep the wheels of our company in motion.
What You'll Do
* Carry out a wide range of tasks including administrative, legal, and accounting related work.
* Follow up with teams on work progress, evaluate outcomes and report back to the CEO.
* Assist the CEO in making decisions, designing and introducing new internal processes and procedures, and in researching and selecting services.
* Conduct online research and draft insightful reports, keeping the CEO informed with the latest knowledge on certain topics.
* Assisting with various project management tasks.
* Manage the CEO's busy schedule, ensuring they're on top of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
* Maintain the utmost confidentiality and discretion at all times.
* Assist the CEO with personal errands, ensuring their day runs smoothly.
* Manage food and other household supplies
* Arrange for a cook to prepare meals once a day
* Ensure that household help is scheduled and that work is done on time
What You Should Possess
* A Bachelor's degree in any subject
* Proficiency in English
* Detail oriented
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
* Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently
* Able to commute to North London every day
* Valid driver's license (preferred)
