Support Worker for Clair
We are seeking a dedicated full-time support worker to assist Clair, who loves animals, especially dogs, and has a passion for the 80's era music. Clair aspires to be a dog walker and enjoys beach walks and countryside adventures.

Contract Hours: 37.5 hours per week (part-time may be considered)

Clair has spent much of her life in a long-term hospital stay and is working towards increasing her independence and confidence. She is quite independent at home but needs emotional reassurance and support to navigate her feelings. She has Autism, which can make the world seem confusing and frustrating at times.
She is a great companion when happy and loves to get involved in outdoor activities, especially dog walking. Clair appreciates caring, empathetic support staff who understand her journey. The role requires a mature outlook, emotional intelligence, patience, and kindness, with a willingness to work collaboratively to help Clair reach her potential. Full training and ongoing professional development are provided.
