Main duties of the job
The post holder will providegeneral medical services and deal with a wide range of health needs in aprimary care setting, ensuring a high standard of care is provided for allregistered and temporary patients

Supportive clinical team currently 4 partners, 6 salaried GPs, 3 practice nurses, 1 nurse associate, 2 Healthcare Assistants

Job responsibilities
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in line with NHS and practice policies
Undertake a variety of duties including surgery consultations, telephone/video consultations, and home visits where appropriate
Manage acute and chronic conditions, including long-term condition reviews
Prescribe safely and effectively in accordance with local and national guidelines
Maintain accurate and contemporaneous patient records
Contribute to QOF, enhanced services, and practice development
Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team including nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals
Participate in clinical meetings and practice governance activities
Person Specification
Qualifications
* Fully qualified GP with GMC registration and licence to practise
* Inclusion on the GP Register
* Experience working in UK general practice
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to high-quality patient care
* Interest in a clinical specialism
* Experience with SystmOne
* Involvement in teaching or training
