Children’s Residential Home - Specialist Mental Health
Location: WisbechShifts: 8:00 PM – 8:30 AM NightsFull-time positions available

About the Role:
As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children and young people with complex needs. You will lead and motivate a team of support workers, ensuring high-quality care and support that promotes positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and supporting a team of residential support workers
* Ensuring the highest standard of care for children and young people
* Promoting independence, emotional well-being, and social development
* Overseeing care plans, risk assessments, and daily records
* Managing safeguarding concerns and responding appropriately
* Supporting staff development through training, guidance, and supervision
* Working closely with external professionals and families
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in residential childcare or a similar setting
* Leadership or supervisory experience within a care environment
* A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
* Passion for making a positive impact in young people’s lives
