Originally specialising in luxury bespoke kitchens and bathrooms, the company has expanded over the last four decades to include bedroom and office furniture, extensions, renovations, full home refurbishments, and new build homes across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. About the Role This role offers the successful candidate the chance to design and deliver luxury bespoke kitchen projects, guiding clients through their renovation journey from initial consultation to final installation. You will play a key part in bringing clients’ visions to life while upholding the company’s high standards of quality and service. Key Responsibilities: Conduct client consultations to understand design briefs, lifestyle requirements, and budgets Carry out on-site surveys and review architect drawings Produce creative and technically accurate kitchen designs using CAD software Present designs, quotations, and specifications to clients in the showroom Manage projects from concept to completion, liaising with in-house trades, designers, and project managers Ensure all designs comply with building regulations and technical requirements Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships Requirements / Skills: Proven experience as a Kitchen Designer within the KBB industry Strong design and space-planning skills Experience using CAD software (e.g., Winner, Virtual Worlds) Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong consultative sales ability Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer: Uncapped commission / bonus structure Ongoing professional development Opportunity to work within a respected, family-run business with over 40 years’ experience Full building and installation support from an in-house team Working hours: Mon–Fri: 9:00am – 5:30pm; Sat: 9:00am – 5:00pm on a rota basis with a day off in lieu for Saturdays worked How to Apply To apply, please send your CV and a brief covering note to or contact Amber on (phone number removed).
