* Making visits to clients in their own homes using your own vehicle
* Helping clients meet their desired outcomes from our services
* Assisting with personal care such as washing and showering
* Cooking and serving meals and drinks
* Helping with medications
* Supporting with daily living activities
* Recording visits live with our digital care planning system
Requirements
* Full UK Driver’s License
* High personal values that align with our team
* A professional approach to completing training and ongoing development
