We are seeking a reliable Production Operator with a proactive mindset to operate pilot plant equipment and carry out routine quality control checks. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the delivery, installation, set-up, testing, operation, and maintenance of plant and laboratory equipment Operating and maintaining essential building and utility services, including water and gas systems, cooling, HVAC, and electrical infrastructure Ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and is maintained to a high standard Completing weekly TPM activities Supporting testing activities within the analytical laboratories Assisting with Health & Safety, site security, and general site management Maintaining high housekeeping standards across the site Loading and unloading deliveries Providing hands-on support to the Plant Engineer with equipment installation and maintenance About you: You will have significant prior experience in a similar production or manufacturing environment, along with a strong practical aptitude.
