Location: Halifax
Salary: £46,000 – £48,000 per annum + Overtime paid at premium rate
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday – Double Days

Due to ongoing growth and increased production demand, my client is looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an Electrical Bias to join their engineering team.

The Role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Reporting to the Maintenance team leader, you will be responsible for maintaining production machinery and site services.
Key responsibilities include:
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across production machinery
Responding quickly and effectively to breakdowns
Electrical fault finding on manufacturing equipment
Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
Requirements of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
The Ideal Maintenance Engineer will have the following:
Recognised engineering qualification – Electrical apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds or equivalent
Electrical bias with strong fault-finding ability
Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Multi-skilled knowledge including basic mechanical maintenance
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance

Monday to Friday double days shift pattern
20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
Christmas shutdown, finish on 20th December and return on New Years day.
