Location: Warrington | Full-time (4 on 4 off night shifts 19.00 to 07.00)
Salary: £37,000

The Role
Based at a prestigious customer site, you will be one of responsible for all aspects of running of a night shift in a dynamic fast-moving Transport operation. This includes driver management, legal compliance, safety, service, quality and financial performance. Your influence will be pivotal in developing and supporting your team, while upholding the overall standards and achieving KPIs.

Key Responsibilities for Head of Fleet & Compliance
* Driver and team performance management, including ensuring the shift meet KPIs.
* Operational and resource planning.
* O licence conformance and legal compliance.
* Ensure Health and Safety standards are strictly adhered to.
* Support Contract Manager with driver recruitment, arrange inductions and driver re-training where required.
* Support Contract Manager with ongoing investigations.
* Deal with regular customer interaction.
* Shift reporting and operational handovers.
About You We're looking for someone who brings:
Proven experience managing drivers, ideally in large scale retail operations.
High attention to detail.
Ability to work calmly under pressure in a time critical service driven environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
CPC (Transport Manager) desirable
