The Role
You’ll lead and deliver organic social media strategy across a portfolio of Health & Wellness brands, owning everything from content planning to performance reporting. Working cross-functionally with brand, commercial, digital and creative teams, you’ll ensure social activity is engaging, consistent and aligned to wider business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver social media strategies across multiple brands and platforms
* Plan and manage content calendars aligned to campaigns, launches and key trading periods
* Lead the creation of engaging, high-quality content, working with internal teams and external partners
* Manage influencer and creator activity, building strong, long-term relationships
* Oversee community engagement and respond to trends in real time
* Support campaigns and commercial initiatives through effective social execution
* Track performance, analyse data and optimise content to drive growth and engagement
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a social media or content role (brand, retail or agency)
* Strong understanding of social platforms, trends and content formats
* Background working with influencers or creators
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills
* Commercial awareness and data-driven mindset
* Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace
* Collaborative, hands-on approach with strong ownership
