Job Title: Supply Chain Executive Location: Xpert Workwear Head Office Reports To: Head of Supply Chain About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Supply Chain Executive to help ensure the right stock is in the right place, at the right time, and at the right cost. You’ll manage purchase planning, supplier relationships, production timelines, and logistics while working closely with internal teams to support growth, resilience, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Liaise with suppliers to place purchase orders, manage lead times, and meet delivery deadlines Analyse sales and inventory data using planning software to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Communicate order status, delivery dates, and supply issues clearly across teams Forecast demand and adjust supply plans based on business trends Identify and implement supply chain improvements Compile monthly management reports Negotiate with shipping agents to ensure efficient service and value for money Oversee quality control for inbound freight Receive stock on ERP systems, including duty and freight cost calculations Set up new products on ERP systems, including SKU details Experience & Skills Recent experience in a similar role or strong transferable skills Experience using inventory management or planning software (NetStock preferred) Strong organisational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Confident communicator (written and verbal) Commercially aware and business-minded Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines Qualifications Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English A-levels or equivalent qualifications preferred Desirable Product or industry knowledge Experience working within supply chain, logistics, or purchasing environments Key Performance Measures Monthly Fill Rate % Monthly stocked-out lost sales Annual stock turn rate Additional Information The role includes occasional national and international travel (valid passport required) This job description is not exhaustive and may evolve with business needs Interested?
