Hayley Group Limited are looking for an Onsite Support to join our well-established and experienced team in the Leicester area You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary. About the Onsite Support role: Working within a busy stores environment you’ll be based on customers sites and generally will support several different sites across the week, so you’ll need to be able to drive. Typically, day to day you will be carrying out daily / weekly stock checks, managing workshop consumables, adding new items to stock, labelling and stores racking to suit. You’ll use the sites CMMS systems to manage stock levels and assist in raising orders for spare parts as needed. Additionally, you’ll assist engineers in issuing spares from the stores, booking in all deliveries on the various systems and put the spares away in the stores or allocated order collection points for engineers. Candidates will need to be a confident communicator, be great with stores systems and customer service driven. We’re also looking for good attention to detail to ensure accuracy. At each customer site that you visit there will be a dedicated Hayley Onsite Support Manager who you will collaborate with and who oversees the individual customer sites. Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. Skills & Attributes we're looking for in our Onsite Support. Full driving licence Customer-focused, driven to provide consistently high levels of service. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Good level of communication and numerical skills. Ability to prioritise workload and time management.
