Field Service Co-ordinator will assist with planning and organising field service activities of the gas transmission business unit. Principal Accountabilities Diary management of field service engineers and installation team Planning of field service activities for repair and maintenance Liaise with clients for field service activities, access and deliveries Arranging spares for despatch to field service engineers Provide service support to internal and external customers. Issue method statements / risk assessments for site activity. Key Tasks Producing quotes for clients Processing incoming orders. Arrange purchase of spares for stock and client works Organise planning/programming of field service activities. Review engineers job sheets and organise remedial action and quotations. Issue of job reports to clients. Maintaining engineers van stock and calibration of test / Installation equipment.
