THE EMPLOYER IS: REBEL LEMON We are seeking a Graphic & Social Media Designer who combines strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of social media planning and outreach. This role is ideal for a junior or experienced individual who enjoys working independently while collaborating closely with a small, fast-moving team. You will be responsible for supporting the senior creative directors by working with them directly, creating visually compelling content, supporting our social media strategy, and helping to drive engagement across multiple platforms. The role offers hands-on experience across design, content planning, creative development, and digital outreach.


Responsibilities

* Develop and Design high-quality graphics for social media, including posts, carousels, stories, and simple animations.
* Develop creative concepts and visual themes for social media content.
* Support social media planning through content calendars and scheduling.
* Assist co-founders with outreach initiatives, including collaborations, partnerships, and community engagement.
* Adapt and optimise designs for different platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
* Maintain brand consistency across all social media outputs.
* Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and best practices.


Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

* Intermediate to advanced graphic design experience, using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, including posting, scheduling, link management, and basic paid advertising.
* Experience using analytics and insights tools to monitor performance, engagement, and audience feedback.
* Medium to advanced computer literacy, including familiarity with Apple macOS, tools, and hardware for design and media production.
* Ability to interpret data and apply learnings to improve content and outreach strategies.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Confidence working independently while collaborating with a small team.

The Employer is: REBEL LEMON JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information -Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. -Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. -Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
