We're working with a global events and media organisation undergoing major digital transformation who are looking for a Business Analyst (with strong technical exposure) to join their Transformation team.

As a Business & Technical Analyst, you'll play a central role in delivering large-scale projects and continuous improvement initiatives across digital systems and platforms. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams - from stakeholders and product leads to developers and data analysts - to translate evolving business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end business analysis - from idea to go-live
* Translate pain points into testable, traceable user stories and technical specs
* Own documentation (Azure DevOps, Confluence, process flows, RTMs)
* Support implementation, testing, and business readiness
* Drive process improvement and rollout of scalable documentation standards
Desirable Skills:
* Strong experience in both Business Analysis and Technical Analysis
* Confident working across complex systems and integrations
* Skilled at facilitating workshops, writing clear requirements, and managing ambiguity
* Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics, digital experience platforms (DxP), and Azure DevOps
* Bonus: experience in media, events, or publishing (e.g., subscriptions, memberships, ad models)
