Overview
With over 200 brands sold in nearly 180 countries, we’re the world’s leading premium drinks company. This is a three-year rotational graduate programme designed to develop future procurement professionals through hands-on experience and tailored learning.
Our Programme
During the three-year rotational programme, you’ll complete 3 rotations and gain a comprehensive grounding in Procurement. You’ll work on projects from the start to develop your skill set, build a global network, and contribute to the business while learning across the organisation.
What to Expect
1. Year 1: Hands-on experience in procurement processes and systems, cost-saving initiatives, and supplier negotiations. Focus on key categories such as Logistics and Packaging.
2. Year 2: Build knowledge in Supplier Identification and Management, SRM, contract management and compliance monitoring. Rotation areas may include Marketing or Indirect Procurement.
3. Year 3: Master Strategic Sourcing with market research, risk management in contracts, cost analytics, and category benchmarking. Rotation includes the Global Supply Procurement team and categories like Manufacturing Services and Primary Packaging.

Qualifications
We’re looking for graduates with an academic degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. Graduates for 2026 or within the last 2 years are invited to apply. Proficiency in English is required, and mobility is expected given opportunities across Europe.

You can expect a highly competitive salary (dependent on location of rotations; for example, year one salary in the UK is in the region of £38,000), an annual bonus opportunity, and a competitive benefits package.
