Contract
Full time, Permanent, 40 hours per week
Salary
£14.50 per hour; annual salary £30,160 plus £3,000 sleep‑in bonus, rising to £31,140 after 18 months.

Job Description
In this role you will join an experienced and supportive team within a beautiful and fully equipped setting. You will share the unified goal of actively enabling each child and young person in our care to achieve their personal best.
Responsibilities
* Provide person‑centred support to children and young people in a residential setting.
* Document, monitor and update children and young people’s records accurately using an electronic care recording system.
* Demonstrate integrity, accountability, responsibility, enthusiasm and person‑centred care in all actions.
* Participate in best‑in‑class inductions, training and continuous development programmes.
* Support safeguarding and welfare of all children within our care.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Relevant experience in child care or a similar role.
* Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide at least two references covering the past two years.
* References for all positions related to working with children and the vulnerable.
* Comfortable using an electronic care recording system daily; experience with Clearcare is an advantage.
* Demonstrated commitment to our shared values: integrity, accountability, responsibility, person‑centredness and enthusiasm.
All staff are expected to confidently use digital systems as part of their day‑to‑day role.
