At Market Rasen Leisure Centre, Everyone Active is seeking an ambitious and self‑motivated individual to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.
We require a committed and dynamic motivator to deliver a world‑class customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Provide motivation and support to customers to achieve their fitness goals through the consistent delivery of group sessions and meaningful gym floor contact.
* Actively and consistently promote the company’s vision and values.
* Make every member’s visit an enjoyable experience that keeps them coming back.
* Be enthusiastic, positive and ready to make a difference.
* Work hours will include days, evenings and weekends and will require a DBS to be completed prior to starting.
Qualifications
* Hold a minimum Level 2 qualification.
* In‑house training will be available to develop your skills.
