Role
This key role within the UK Sales team manages, optimises and enhances our Customer Relationship Management systems and processes. The position ensures efficient sales operations, accurate data maintenance and leverages business insights to drive growth.
Responsibilities
* CRM Administration and Optimisation
o Maintain, update and ensure data integrity within the company’s CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics).
o Manage user accounts, permissions, workflows and integrations with other business systems.
o Identify and implement process improvements to enhance CRM usability and adoption across the sales team.
o Regularly audit and clean CRM data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Sales Operations Support
o Support the sales team with pipeline management, forecasting and reporting.
o Develop and deliver dashboards, performance reports and KPI metrics to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
o Coordinate with Marketing to align lead management, campaign tracking and conversion processes.
o Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members on CRM use and best practices.
* Analytics and Insights
o Analyse CRM data to identify trends, opportunities and performance gaps.
o Provide actionable insights to improve lead generation, conversion rates and customer retention.
o Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure CRM data supports business objectives and strategic initiatives.
* System Enhancements and Projects
o Liaise with IT or external vendors on CRM upgrades, customisations and integrations.
o Manage CRM‑related projects such as automation enhancements, reporting improvements and user experience upgrades.
o Support the implementation of new tools or systems that integrate with the CRM to enhance sales efficiency.
Requirements
* Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (preferably HubSpot) and adept at learning new software and systems.
* Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
* Project management and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Interest in market trends and customer behaviour.
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Packages.
* Excellent organisational skills and deadline‑focused.
