Title: Supervisor
Reporting to: General Manager, Assistant Manager
Role Objective: To deliver excellent customer service at all times and create a friendly and welcoming environment for customers. To attract new customers and retain existing ones. To direct, supervise, motivate and train staff members. Making sure the bar is prepared and ready for service at all times.
Responsibilities:
· Deliver the best possible customer service.
· Serve customers quickly and efficiently, always giving a 'perfect serve'.
· Maintain the cleanliness of bar/toilets/front of house/food prep station.
· Keep up to date with new promotions.
· Inform our customers of our great food and drinks promotions.
· Make sure we have enough fruit/stock etc for upcoming service, informing management of anything the venue requires which is out of your control i.e things that need ordering etc.
· Train new starters.
· Make sure daily management sheets/cleaning rotas are filled in.
· Speak to customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their meals.
· Deal with customer complaints in a professional manner.
· Deal with deliveries and report and loss or damages to the duty manager.
· Assist in keeping wastage to a minimum by the correct pouring and measurement of products.
· Manage the opening and closing of the bar.
· Be responsible for cash-management issues.
· Monitor and manage maintenance issues by reporting to senior manager.
· Manage the social media platforms.
· Manage office administration as instructed by management.
· Manage and maintain correct staffing levels, send staff home when not needed to keep wage budget in line.
· Always adhere to company policy and licensing laws.
· Carry out any instructions given by senior management.

Pay: £12.30 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 25 per week
