# Instrumentation & Control Construction SupervisorLocationHeysham**Instrumentation & Control Construction Supervisor**Key details: * Full time, site based role* PAYE Salary* Approximate 5 year contract (Dependant on project completion) NRL are seeking an experienced **Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Construction Supervisor** to support delivery of the a**Nuclear New Build in Bridgwater**. You will be responsible for the **execution of electrical and I&C erection works**, managing subcontractors on site and ensuring **safe, high-quality delivery through to turnover and handover to commissioning**. **Key Responsibilities:*** Supervise electrical and I&C installation and erection works* Manage subcontractors and site resources* Coordinate with engineering and site management* Ensure compliance with **QA/QC** and **EHS** requirements* Maintain construction, quality and as-built records* Manage turnover packages and support commissioning* Drive programme, cost control and safe delivery**Requirements:*** Degree in **Electrical Engineering** or related discipline* Experience delivering **power plant construction projects*** Strong background in **site-based construction supervision*** Proven subcontractor management experience* Good knowledge of electrical, instrumentation and control systems* Fluent English**Desirable:*** Nuclear or major infrastructure project experience* Experience working in multicultural teams The NRL Group connect global companies with the right people to bring engineering projects to life.
