A well-established private practice in Sussex is looking to strengthen its Building Surveying team with the addition of a talented and motivated Building Surveyor.

The Building Surveyor Role
Youll play a key role in delivering a broad range of projects across the region, alongside providing high-quality professional services to both new and existing clients. The position offers real variety, working across both private and public sector schemes.
You will be involved in:
* Project delivery and client management across multiple sectors
* Contract Administration and/or Employers Agent roles
* Delivery of professional services including:
o Level 3 Building Surveys
o Dilapidations
o Party Wall matters
o Defect diagnosis and investigations
About You
Were looking for a forward-thinking and adaptable Building Surveyor who is confident in managing projects and delivering professional services. You should be comfortable working with a range of clients and demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach. xkybehq
You will either already be a chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) or part way through your APC and looking to obtain your professional qualification.
