Just make the connection. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and deliver our B2B partner acquisition strategy. Identify, contact and onboard high quality businesses our members will love. Use LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Instantly, Hubspot, Pipedrive or whatever actually gets results. Write direct, honest outreach that sounds like a real person, not a marketing textbook. Build automated flows that feel human and personal. Partner with local business networks, send a handwritten note, drop in on events, create a TikTok, post a handshake, whatever it takes. Work closely with the B2C Marketing Manager to bring partnerships to life. Track the numbers, test new angles, ditch what’s not working, double down on what is. This is a results driven role. Loves working closely with the owner, CEO and Director of Marketing to build something that actually works. Sees problems, solves them, and never says “that’s not my job”. Knows how to open doors and keep them open. Comfortable speaking to small business owners and making things simple. Confident using digital outreach and CRM tools and learning fast. Writes short, sharp, human first messages that people actually reply to. Uses AI every day to speed things up, sharpen copy, and streamline tasks.
